In addition to its beautiful beaches, Huatulco is also recognized for the coffee farms that were founded in the late nineteenth century when the cultivation of the great cochineal declined. With the ideal climate to grow this grain, one of the most exquisite coffees in the world is now produced. When visiting, in addition to the attractiveness of the farms themselves, you can take long walks among streams enjoying the flora and fauna of the place. Some of the most visited farms are: Pacific, Germany, Copalita, El Faro, La Gloria and Camila. The Pacific Farm is one of the most traditional in the cultivation of organic coffee in the area. Of its 186 hectares, 120 are dedicated to the cultivation of coffee and 33 are ecological reserves.
