Built by the villagers themselves Indians, Dominicans ordered its construction in the mid-sixteenth century. The building is very simple but decorated with paintings inside. The place is also home to the Museum of the Nativity which is in its second floor. To walk the corridors of Ex Convento or visit the five rooms that make up the museum showing aspects of life and culture of the area, it's worth a visit.
