About Gazpachos
Gazpachos are part of the best gastronomic attractions of Morelia. It is a surprising combination of chopped fruits that are mixed with orange juice, lemon, cheese, onion and black pepper. Apart from the famous Gazpachos Boulevard there are other places that we recommend to try: those of the Güero de la Merced; another one outside the Zoo, though, definitely the most delicious are Gazpachos the Boulevard.
