This church is the Patron Saint of Huasca de Ocampo, therefore it is the most important of the town, which is worth visiting. Dating from the 16th century and was built for evangelization in the region in 1552. Its interior is decorated with elements of gilded wood and carved by skilled craftsmen of Mexico City, also it has several oil paintings which were brought from Spain by Pedro Romero de Terreros, which was owned several mines in the area.
