About Pulque Plains
Through this corridor through the 12 pulque haciendas you will learn about the history and process of making this pre-Hispanic drink; in addition to tasting a delicious cured food.
Of the existing pulque haciendas, only the Chimalpa, San Antonio Tochatlaco and Ocotepec haciendas offer tours under prior reservation.
To go from one hacienda to another you just have to take the transport that takes you from the Hacienda de San Antonio Tochatlaco to the Hacienda Ocotepec.
