Built as a cinema in 1952 and is considered one of the historical pillars of the city. After one year of neglect, remodels changing its rotation cinema theater. Its modern facade has a structure in silver tones and zinc coating.
In addition to presenting symphony, plays, concerts and more to offer, the place still has a mural of Octavio Rios 1952 entitled Wealth Cotton.
