The History Museum
As a non-profit institution, the museum opened in 1991 and is the oldest in the city thanks to the effort made by the Archeology Workshop of the Autonomous University of Baja California between 1988 and 1992. Within the Riviera Cultural Center which is considered the most beautiful building in Ensenada, you will find the History Museum with seven rooms exhibiting the historical evolution of the city from its first settlers until now. When you visit this place to visit in Ensenada, do not forget to make a prior appointment so you can take a guided tour.
