About La Cava de Marcelo

Wine lives not only in Ensenada, but in Marcelo Cava the specialty is the famous Ramonetti cheeses, from which you can taste six varieties: natural and with spices, aged six months and two years and butter and ricotta.
This place to visit is a small family business that Pedro Ramonetti started in the 19th century, four generations later 400 kilos of cheese are produced daily in a process that continues to be 100% handmade.
