About Cactus Sanctuary
Although La Paz is known for its places to visit and its beautiful beaches, it is also famous for its desert areas that offer other types of landscapes that are worth taking advantage of. In the botanical garden Sanctuary of the Cactus, you will see one of the most important and numerous collections of cacti. Within the ejido El Rosario, you will find 50 hectares of the typical flora of the town with information panels. Do not forget the intense heat during the day and the cold nights.
