A delicious tradition in Tuxpan, Jalisco, is to eat some delicious "Tacos de la Estación." These tacos are made with corn tortillas, handmade and made to order, then soaked in a red sauce and filled with pork and beans, accompanied by chilies and grilled onions 😋 A great way to stave off hunger after a trip or to pack a snack.
Originally, they were sold to passengers on the tracks while they waited for the train to depart. For safety and convenience reasons, they were moved, and now you can find them just a few steps away.
