About Corona del Valle Restaurant
This restaurant has a unique structure, since it was built with recycled materials, designed by architect Pedro Salazar; It is framed by a technologically advanced vineyard and a campirana - contemporary fusion cuisine. Although their menu is short, the dishes are select, made with recipes dating back 39 years and include meats, poultry, fish and seafood. The menu also has a range of white and red wines obtained from its vineyard to accompany the dishes.
