About Misiones de Kino Restaurant
Decorated as one of the first missions of Baja, the owner and chef Israel Vazquez Sanchez opened in 1997 looking to merge the Mexican, Italian and seafood dishes, creating a culinary experience. The place is known for its salsa Chilpalla, a mixture of garlic, chilli and herbs in a delicate white sauce ideal for any dish.
