Chefs gather around this treasure of the sea to pay homage to the oyster, presenting their most creative and innovative recipes.

Although the Festival's goal goes further, it seeks to showcase the sustainable practices of local oyster farms, who bring the best of the sea to the table while respecting the environment; in addition to promoting environmental awareness among its visitors.
