About La Negrita (Cantina)
Old and renovated Bar with almost 100 years of history. It is one of the most traditional places to visit, since it was the first bar that opened in Mérida in 1917. Nowadays, you can listen to a good Cuban son or a good bachata, while enjoying a craft beer from the locality or a good mezcal (they have more than 50 types). The canteen was remodeled a few years ago, and now has an outdoor space, a traditional bar and an indoor area where traditional snacks are offered, a daily changing menu including Yucatecan appetizers, wings, ribs, sandwiches, pastas and salads. A new trend of canteens of the 21st century!
