About Route of Pirates
The canal linking the river Hondo Laguna Bacalar is known as the Pirates Road because, as you can imagine by its name, this channel was transiting these characters and where they carried out their fearsome battles. Currently you can cross it in a super peaceful atmosphere aboard a pontoon.
During the tour they will show you the most legendary sites in the area and those in which they carried out their battles.
